Private Clean Room in safe area, professional lifestyle with shared bath. Washer and Dryer. Roll out 2 inch mats for indoor space. Music all good, just turned down if someone is in a virtual meeting. Nice back patio to lounge or practice in. Bicycle if needed. Parks and stores close by.
