Wednesdays Oct 16th Acro Flow Dance Class- 6 and 7pm at Madison Circus Space
On the floors and Mats at Madison Circus Space Building.
Dynamic circle warm ups and calibrations. Balance strength building with inversions, dance combos, personal style in dynamic body balance flows from standing to floor, to hand balance trick flows.
All attendees of any gender, or level can learn, gain strength, feel more confident in dance and body balance.
Mattcrobat has owned, operated and instructed a dance school Jasmine Dragons for ten plus years. Matt works with youth starting at 5 years and Up.
Class cost will be $15 and at Madison Circus Space on Mats.
If you would like to schedule a semi private class with your own group of friends or family at a different time, cost is $100 for up to 4 people
Ages 10 and up at 6pm
Ages 18 and up at 7pm
