Mattcrobat competes and performs internationaly on the acro pole vertical bar. $20 for drop in. space is not always available & is at our discretion. pre reg by email. 0007matthew@gmail.com
Class with Mattcrobat has basic to advanced spins in a workout on the pole. Learn how to manipulate gravity to gaining core strength with awareness. Learn the hand & arm locks , & have a ton of fun getting in shape with the world wide craze! Some yoga & stretching at the beginning. $20 per class or 3 classes for $50.
Privates - 1 hour class for $50 up to 4 people. 1.5 hours for $60. Private Parties Available
